What are your delivery hours?
10am - 8pm 5 Days a Week we are closed Sunday and Monday. Orders can be placed anytime online. We will confirm the order and delivery time with you. When ordering the more detail the better, if we have questions we will follow up when we call to confirm the order.

Where do you deliver?
Currently we serve the Reno and Sparks area within a 5 mile radius outside of the McCarren Loop. Additional Mileage rates will apply outside of normal delivery area, see additional fees below.

How does it work?
The easiest way to place your order is right on our web site. 
Simply fill out the order form and submit. We will call to confirm and schedule a delivery time.
New customers please place your order 2-3 days in advance. Rush Service available for addition fee.
$50 Security deposit may be required for new customer.

What does it cost?

$39 Delivery Fee plus 17% of the gross receipt for shopping services fee.

For prescription deliveries:

Full legal name and Birthday will be required to complete the transaction
 

Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order size. Mileage and rush fees however are applicable.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, Veterans and Active Military receive a discounted rate of 15%. Thank you from ROTGD for your service.

Does Reno On The Go Delivery shop only at grocery stores?
No, we shop where you need us too, Costco, Sam's, Best Buy, hardware stores, office supplies, pharmacies and specialty stores. Not sure if what you need is something we can handle, just drop us a note.

 

Does Reno On The Go Delivery run personal errands?
Yes, Post Office, UPS Store, FedEx, dry cleaners, payment centers, etc.

 

Does Reno On The Go Delivery handle Laundry service?
Yes, using a local provider we are able to offer pickup and delivery of Fluff and Fold laundry services. The cost is $1.95 per pound plus with $39 minimum order size for laundry pick up and delivery.

When and how do you pay?
At the time of your first order, you set up an account with us by providing contact and credit card information. 

A deposit may be required before services are started. This deposit will be deducted from your payment total at delivery.
Payment is due in full at delivery. All other subsequent fees will be charged on your credit card. 
You can pay by credit card, or cash at time of delivery.

For Corporate customers invoicing options are available.
All payments are made out to Reno On The Go Delivery.

Do you accept tips?
Gratuities are happily accepted by our hardworking staff who go the extra mile to ensure you get exactly what you order.

​What if I receive my order and realize that I ordered the wrong item or I receive an item I didn't list?
Complete customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Along with your grocery order, we give you the actual receipt from the store so you are able to make returns or exchanges. If the mistake is ours, we will correct it by returning or exchanging the product for you, or arranging credit for current or future order(s). In some instances, if you ordered an item that is out of stock or no longer available we will replace that item with an equal or similar item but will typically confirm before purchase with you.

How can I cancel my order?
Once an item is purchased, picked up, or delivered, an order cannot be canceled without being charged a cancellation fee unless there is an error on our part. Please refer to "additional fees" section above.

To cancel an order before it is purchased please send us a note we will confirm receipt of cancellation.

 

Will Reno On The Go Delivery put my groceries away?
No, due to security reasons we are not able to enter personal residence. 

 

Will you deliver a refrigerator or other large items?  
No, we will only deliver items that can be handled without special equipment or additional personnel.  


DISCLAIMER
We will not deliver any undisclosed or illegal items. All items are subject to local, state, federal and government transporting taxes and laws. 

Customers are solely responsible for securing insurance for their valuables, perishable and fragile materials.

We do ID for all Alcohol and Tobacco purchases.
